I want my clients to have the best quality of life regardless of their physical limitations. I specialize in nutrition as well as rehab for old injuries in my clients.

I  love working with preteens to improve their self image and help them to see their true self.  Working out regularly and eating nutritional foods are a big lifestyle change that should start at an early age.  This is why I feel it is necessary for me to work with young people before they develop unhealthy habits.

I promote healthy eating and an active lifestyle for all those that I train.
